Jamie Milton

Jamie is a passionate leader who takes charge and drives results while understanding it’s really all about people.  For more than a decade, Jamie has had the responsibility for leading and supporting IT and Finance projects for companies large and small and she knows how to get things done.  Jamie has an MBA and Bachelors of Science in Finance from The Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University. When not working, Jamie enjoys her time with her husband, her family and raising their four boys. 

 



 

    

Ana Hogan

At Compass Pointe, we recognize that timely and effective communication is paramount to supporting and delivering effective solutions to our customers as well as our staff and consultant resources.  Ana's bright smile and bubbly attitude represents the heart and soul of how we choose to embrace communication in our organization.  Ana has a varied background in Marketing Coordination, Conducting IT training and Instructional Design coupled with multiple years of customer service and creating effective communication methodologies and channels.  Ana attended the University of Maryland where she studied Sociology and has lived in the Annapolis area for the past 20+ yrs with her husband and 3 teenage sons.




 

Jason Hogan

VP of Business Development

Jason has spent the last 17 years Selling and Leading Sales and Recruiting Teams in the IT Staffing Industry. During his illustrious career, he has worked with some of the largest and most prominent clients in the Baltimore and Washington DC markets. Jason has literally helped clients find hundreds of resources to meet their IT Staffing demands. Jason resides in the Annapolis MD area. When not putting people to work, Jason spends his time with his amazing wife of 20 years, 3 teenage boys, racing triathlons running marathons and drinking coffee (lots and lots of coffee).



 

Melissa Pedicone

Sr. Recruiter

Melissa is a Technical Recruiter with over 12 years of experience. She is skilled in full life cycle recruiting with a focus on Software Developers and Quality Assurance/Test Engineers.  She has worked remotely for several years and supported numerous locations and clients.  Melissa's favorite aspect of recruiting is building relationships with candidates and learning more about them over time in order to help them find a strong fit for their next role.  She currently resides in Delaware with her husband of 15+ years and two daughters.  She loves spending her free time with family and friends.



 

Gordon Wright

Managing Director, Retirement Plan Services

Gordon has worked in the retirement plans record keeping industry for over 30 years.  During this time, he has worked with some of the largest providers across the country providing business analysis, process improvements, plan/system conversions, testing and management consulting services.  Since 1996, Gordon has also been heavily involved with identifying temporary staffing opportunities along with recruiting top industry talent to fill these roles.  After graduating from the University of Maryland a long time ago, Gordon started his career at T. Rowe Price as a retirement plan administrator.  Gordon lives in Sykesville, Maryland with his beautiful wife and their six kids.  On the rare occasion he has some free time, he enjoys tennis, golf and watching his daughters dance.
